In-Person

A grounding, restorative experience where you relax fully clothed on the treatment table while I gently channel Reiki energy through light touch or hands hovering above the body.
Warmth, tingles, emotional release, or deep rest may arise — all welcome, all normal.

Distance Reiki

Reiki is not limited by time or space.
You receive the same benefits from anywhere in the world — perfect for those who prefer healing from home or need support during challenging seasons.

• A brief conversation about what you’re moving through

• A relaxing 60-minute Reiki session (touch optional)

• Soft music, warmth, blankets, and safety

• Space afterward to ground, reflect, or share any insights
