I’m Kimberly — a registered nurse, intuitive healer, author, creator, and eternal student of the inner world. My work lives at the intersection of science, spirit, and deep personal truth.
I help humans of all ages reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and awaken the magic they’ve always carried.

But this work didn’t start from a textbook.
It started from lived experience.

Walking Through Fire — and Choosing to Rise

A few years ago, my life radically transformed when I became ill from chronic mold exposure and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS).
The illness touched every part of my life — my health, my home, my sense of safety. For a time, I found myself living out of my car while healing and rebuilding from the inside out.

It was one of the hardest chapters I’ve ever walked through…
but also the one that awakened a deeper calling.

Through it, I learned:

how quickly life can shift
how invisible chronic illness can be
how trauma lives in the nervous system
how strong, intuitive, and magical we truly are
and how desperately awareness, compassion, and new systems are needed

Today, my healing journey is part of my purpose — not my identity.
I share it because it opens doors for others who feel unseen, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by their own chapters of uncertainty.
