Cancellations, Late and No-Shows

 

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment in the booking system. If you cancel after 24 hours or miss your appointment, you will be charged your FULL appointment fee.

 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule you and you will be held responsible for paying your FULL appointment fee for your missed appointment.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, PLEASE SEE YOUR EMAIL MESSAGE AND MANAGE YOUR BOOKING FROM THERE. If you can't do that, please EMAIL OR TEXT US at 828-808-5470.

If you no show more than once or are late more than once, we reserve the right to discharge you as a client and we will no longer be able to work with you.​
